Studio Foglietti

The studio (of 35 m²) is located on the ground floor on the valley side of the house, it offers a beautiful view over the hills of Le Marche. It is suitable for 2 people, with the possibility of adding a camping bed. In the front part of the studio is a comfortable sofa, a dining area and a kitchen with the necessary amenities such as a gas stove, refrigerator, a waterboiler and a Lavazza coffee maker.

In the rear part is a spacious double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has the same appearance as the rest of the studio and is equipped with a sink, hairdryer, toilet and a spacious shower.

Because of the many natural materials, such as the wooden beamed ceiling and the natural stone walls, it is a nice space to stay.

The apartment has central heating, which you can use (for a fee). Outside there is a private terrace with a beautiful view, where you can relax. There is also a BBQ at your disposal.
