We, Willem and Bianca, have finally found our beautiful home in the province of Le Marche in Italy after a long search. We have exchanged our busy and hurried work lives in the Netherlands for a life where everything goes 'piano, piano'. To let other people enjoy the beautiful Le Marche, we have 4 apartments for rent under the name of Casa San Biagio.
Casa San Biago is a detached, attractively restored house. It is located at 450m altitude in the hills, near the place Pergola. You have a beautiful view over the mountains of the Apennines, the hills of Le Marche and in clear weather you can even see the Adriatic Sea.
Pergola can be reached in 10 minutes by car. A cozy town where you will find all the facilities you need for a nice holiday. Think of a supermarket, restaurants and of course a gelateria.
The Adriatic Sea can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
On the beach you can rent beach beds, but of course also enjoy the many fish restaurants on the boulevard.
The apartments at Casa San Biagio all have a private entrance and a terrace with a seating area. At a centrally located spot in the garden, there is a large shared terrace. Here you can take a seat to relax with a fantastic view. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven on this terrace.
Casa San Biagio is a place to relax and enjoy all the beauty that Le Marche has to offer. With its beautiful nature, Le Marche is ideal for hikers and mountain bikers. But of course you can also stay in the sun at the beautiful swimming pool or enjoy a glass of wine with a snack in the cool under a tree. In short; 'La Dolce Vita'.
